Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At Grow Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • Customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving their order.

2. Proof Requirement

To process a return or exchange request, customers must provide:

  • Clear images of the product
  • Parcel opening video (if possible)
  • Order number
  • Without proper proof, returns may not be approved

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used cosmetic products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned

4. Refund Process

If a return is approved:

  • The product must be shipped back to us
  • After inspection, a refund will be processed
  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days
  • Refund method will depend on the original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the same item    OR
  • Store credit (if replacement not available)
