Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
At Grow Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- Customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving their order.
2. Proof Requirement
To process a return or exchange request, customers must provide:
- Clear images of the product
- Parcel opening video (if possible)
- Order number
- Without proper proof, returns may not be approved
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Used cosmetic products
- Sale or discounted items
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned
4. Refund Process
If a return is approved:
- The product must be shipped back to us
- After inspection, a refund will be processed
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days
- Refund method will depend on the original payment method
5. Exchange Policy
If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will offer:
- Replacement of the same item OR
- Store credit (if replacement not available)
